These terms apply when you use Medcity NCLEX (https://nclex.medcitylms.in), run by Medcity International Academy. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

  • Give accurate details and keep your password private.
  • Accounts are personal. Sharing an account, or letting others use it, is not allowed and may lead to it being suspended.

What the service is

Medcity NCLEX is a practice and study platform for the NCLEX-RN examination. Readiness results and scores are practice estimates only. They are not official NCLEX results and do not guarantee any exam outcome.

NCLEX and NCLEX-RN are registered trademarks of the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN). Medcity NCLEX is not affiliated with or endorsed by NCSBN or Pearson VUE.

Content

  • All questions, explanations and materials belong to Medcity. You may use them for your own study only.
  • Copying, recording, sharing or reselling questions or explanations is not allowed.
  • Some content is written or reviewed with the help of artificial intelligence. We work to keep it accurate, but it is study material and not medical advice. If you think something is wrong, use the report button so our team can check it.

Plans and payments

Paid plans, prices, access periods and refund rules are shown at the time of purchase. Medcity students receive access as part of their course.

Exam booking help

Where our counsellors help you book the NCLEX, you book and pay in your own Pearson VUE account. Exam fees are set and collected by NCSBN and Pearson VUE, not by Medcity.

Fair use

Do not try to break, overload or scrape the site, or access other people's accounts or data.

Ending your account

You can ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Liability

We provide the service with care but cannot promise it will always be available or error free. To the extent the law allows, Medcity is not liable for indirect losses arising from its use.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Kerala have jurisdiction.
